We are trained in wilderness / OAF first aid and river rescue ensuring professional and safe river trips.
The Wet N Wild Adventure Company Ltd does make every effort to assure a safe trip, however do to the nature of the sport that we offer the company nor shall the staff be responsible for any damages, injuries, losses, delays, or expenses whether to person or property.
You must acknowledge these risks in the river-rafting tours by each adult/guardian signing a liability release prior to the departure.
All tours start with safety orientation. Wet N Wild Adventures will supply all required safety equipment for all tours offered.
Every guest of Wet n Wild Rafting must read, agree to and sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement prior to their rafting trip. A digital waiver will be sent to you (or your group member who makes the reservation) at the time of booking. They can forward the waiver to all group members, as everyone over the age of 19 years must sign their own. A parent or guardian must sign for anyone under the age of 19.
